Led underground material handling system (MHS) operation team •Ensuring safe operation and high utilization of MHS capacity of 6500 tph (shaft hoisting system only) •MHS operational and safety improvements •5S implementation

•Managing operation supervisors of supporting activities (cabletec, infra structure, mucking, road maintenance and material delivery team.

Accountable for leading 22 employees of hauling and road maintenance crew to achieve safety and production targets. Achievement: Received quarterly safe production achievement rewards for my tenure.

I played a pivotal role in orchestrating the establishment of an underground mine engineering team subsequent to a significant shutdown (3 years). Planning the scheduled projects, controlling and managing whether they are performed on time, inserting weekly day plans, work, and material orders to SAP system. Initiated and performed the projects for renovating and replacing the heat loss reduction, ventilation system, and pipelines. Managing the maintenance and operation of unexpected works, short- and medium-term maintenance, and processing plant downtime

I experienced a temporary career hiatus following a workforce reduction, during which I dedicated time to self-reflection, professional development, and actively seeking new opportunities. This period allowed me to enhance my skills and readiness for re-entry into the workforce.
