Review, update and evaluate the contract’s and agreement’s, MoU’s - Circulars, Resolutions, Letters, Memo - Agreements, Amendments, Addendums, Purchase Order - Investigations and grievances - Minutes of Meeting (MoM). - Memorandum of Understand (MoU). - Contract of Establishment (CoE) & Amendments. - Power of Attorney (PoA) & Legal Notice - Settlement’s &Termination
