Establish and lead the Project Controls / PMO function in alignment with PMI standards, company strategy, governance requirements, and quality standards. Develop, implement, and govern project controls processes, including planning, scheduling, cost control, progress measurement, reporting, dashboards, templates, KPIs, and performance metrics. Monitor projects, programs, and portfolios to ensure compliance with approved procedures, project policies, schedules, budgets, quality expectations, and contractual requirements. Oversee project performance across all assigned projects to ensure timely delivery, budget control, accurate reporting, and early identification of risks, delays, cost overruns, performance gaps, and recovery actions. Develop executive dashboards, Power BI reports, S-curves, progress reports, cost reports, and portfolio performance reports to provide clear visibility on project status, key issues, progress, cost performance, risks, opportunities, and required management actions. Support the executive team in reviewing project priorities, strategic initiatives, proposals, and investment decisions based on value, impact, risk, and strategic alignment. Coordinate with project managers, planning managers, planners, cost control managers, cost engineers, project controls engineers, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project control requirements. Identify project, program, and portfolio priorities, resolve control-related challenges, and communicate project risks, opportunities, delays, EOT matters, claims exposure, and corrective actions to senior management. Lead, coach, mentor, and develop the Project Controls / PMO team, promoting knowledge sharing, best practices, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making. Recruit, manage, and evaluate project controls, planning, cost control, reporting, and PMO staff in line with organizational needs, project objectives, and required competency levels.

Establish PMO role, create center of excellence that aligns with the Project Management Institute (PMI) guidelines, quality standards and company strategy Develop and govern program and portfolio management processes, uses of dashboards, templates, keeping aligned with policies and metrics Monitor projects, programs and portfolio to ensure compliance with project policies and standards as well as keeping to schedules, budgets and quality expectations Coach and mentor team and share knowledge and best practices Hire and manage PMO staff, including project, program and portfolio professionals, in line with project objectives Coordinate deliverables with project managers, analysts, market leads, et al., while supporting contractors and reporting structure Oversee project managers of all projects to make sure delivery of their projects is on time and within budget as well as meeting quality standards Reports to executive team on progress and performance of PMO Works with executive team to assess and decide on which proposals have the highest potential value, impact and strategic alignment Identify project, program and portfolio priorities, deal with challenges and communicate project risks and opportunities

• Collaborate with various departments to execute various activities and prepare effective strategies to monitor its implementation. • Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes. • Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines. • Monitor and assist to resolve all issues and projects efficiently and assist to develop all organizational policies and procedures for all projects. • Monitor all project tasks and ensure compliance to all timeframe and resolve all issues according to required project plan and administer projects activities and assist to resolve issues within organization. • Analyze team performance and ensure achievement of all objectives within required deadlines and monitor all system functionality. • Monitor all projects and maintain records for all tasks. • Resolve conflicts and inform business process owners of all impending risk implications and develop efficient integrated workflow in coordination with project team. • Collaborate with project team to design all master files for various applications. • Ensure compliance to all project schedule and supervise all activities of local system team. • Evaluate all project plan status to identify and resolve all issues and manage all integrated applications for organization. • Coordinate with Projects Managers to monitor projects activities. • Administer efficient working of project lifecycle within required management services.

• Develop, manage, and execute Project Control effort (Planning, Scheduling, Progress performance Analysis, and Cost analysis in terms of Earned Value Management) through all Project Phases of the from initiation phase through Project planning, Project execution, Monitoring & Control till Project closing. • I am in charge of guiding the Project Team to provide proper project Data Analysis then evaluate and give Project forecasts upon Project Performance against an established Project Baseline Schedule with Critical Milestones. • I am responsible for Planning & Scheduling and Cost Analysis, Cost Control activities for the project, I direct Project Trends and closely monitor Project Delays to maintain and monitor Time Impact identification, and issue necessary Recovery Plans to recover Project Delays. • I use the most advanced Problem-Solving techniques through Creative Thinking to provide non-routine guidance by Identify, analyze, and provide Innovative solutions to project problems. • I establish controls and operating policies that identify, monitor, and mitigate Project Issues and Project Risks that could impact the Project Success as per the know Project Success Factors (i.e. Time, Cost and Quality) . • I develop a Reporting structure and process to share Project Information with Project Stakeholders through Project Dashboards with predefined Project KPI’s. I ensure Project Control reporting documents are produced and that they clearly reflect the schedule and timeline status, Cost or Budget considerations, changes, Suppliers and Subcontractors Performance, and other risk levels. • I provide guidance and consultation to Projects director and Project Managers and provide input to Strategic Decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. I am capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with Bar departments

• Plans, organizes, and coordinates planning activities. • Verifies critical path and interfaces between engineering/ procurement / execution. • Prepares cash flow, charts, and histograms for project activities. • Controls and monitors labor productivities as per the relevant standard productivity rates and provide the monthly Labor histograms. • Updates the project time schedule based on inputs received from project team. • Monitors project progress and compares it with project baseline schedule using Earned Value Management (EVM). • Monitors and analyzes schedule variances indicating project status as per project pricing and BOQ. • Performs and manages delay analysis using the RCA techniques and methodologies. • Monitors and controls project trends and give complete analysis of project performance. • Setting up alerts for all important contractual and milestone thresholds. • Preparing and discussing monthly dashboard report –KPIs- include high level milestone status, covered all project sides assisting management to take a right action in right time. • Attending monthly meetings, discussing the project schedule and budget status including mitigation and/or acceleration actions as needed

• Plan and organize all of the activities of for Annual Maintenance Plans for all equipment and field facilities (Oil and Gas Fields), • Understand and able to utilize planning tools such as Primavera, AutoCad, MS excel, MS Project, SAP, etc. • Determine all resources needed to follow the annual maintenance plan (Manpower, material, equipment, tools, etc.), • Follow up all maintenance activities in daily bases and all the time, • Issue monthly and annual reports for maintenance activities, • Follow up walk around and safety observations according to HSE procedures, • Monitor and control the annual progress ratios of the annual maintenance plans, Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern which required action of the associate task member. • Having direct access to all staff members at all levels to assure full meet of the requirements of the fulfillment of the annual maintenance plan, • Organize, coordinate and participate all meeting (i.e. schedule review meeting, progress meeting, coordination meeting, constructability review meeting and so on).
