Management of a technological complex consisting of 4 washing plants. The total number of employees is 460 people. Ensuring the implementation of production targets for coal processing and production of marketable products. Ensuring the high quality of manufactured and shipped commercial products. Ensuring safe working conditions, operation of equipment and facilities of the processing plant in accordance with industrial safety requirements. Implementation of investment projects for the reconstruction of washing plants.

Prepares and forms development programs for the annual, medium and long term for group of 4 washing plants. Organizes the development and implementation of progressive, economically justified, resource- and nature-saving technological processes and production modes in group of 4 washing plants. Considers the changes made to the technical and design documentation in connection with the adjustment of technological processes and production modes. Participates in drawing up plans for the introduction of new equipment and technology, improving the technical and economic efficiency of production, developing technological documentation.

Ensures the fulfillment by the shift of planned targets according to the established indicators and compliance with product quality standards. Carries out operational management of the factory in a shift and corrects the work of all its technological links. Ensures the safe conduct of work on the shift and compliance with the rules of labor protection and industrial safety and technical operation. Controls the progress of coal shipment in accordance with the standards. Works with the shift team to strengthen labor and production discipline.
