The purpose of the Governance Review Committee (Working Group) is to review the governance structure of the IPC and to make recommendations to the Governing Board, with a view to recommending those changes to the IPC General Assembly in October 2019. For the purpose of these Terms of Reference, the IPC Governance Structure includes: - Review of current governance practices - Review/Update of IPC documents (by-laws) and the IPC Handbook - Committee Structures (including the America’s Committee) - Governing Board - AGITOS Foundation (in association to its feed on the overall structure, not the Foundation itself) - IPC Sports - Athletes Council - Membership and the association with the General Assembly

The Chef de Mission is responsible for providing leadership and vision to National Team; acting as Team spokesperson; responding to media inquiries; ensuring the responsibilities and duties of all team personnel are carried out; and building a team environment that is conducive to a productive and positive competitive and team experience for all team members.

• Responsible for the Strategic and Annual Planning of the organisation; • Controls the Brand Development; • Controls an efficient performance management and HR development system; • Oversees and follows up the efficient performance management; • Promotes accountability at all levels of the Organization; • Ensures proper workforce planning and recruitment of employees; • Ensures review and evaluation of programmes; • Manages the performance of the key staff providing and ensuring coaching, training and skills development opportunities for senior co-workers; • Develops, leads and manages National Management Team; • Ensures planning and budgeting, reviews key figures; • Monitors, controls and estimates the expenses in frames of the budget in the locations ; • Ensures appropriate representation of the Organization; • Builds partnership with NGOs, State organizations.

 Leads the development of strategic directions in Programme Development;  Steers the development of new projects;  Participates in the strategic and annual planning process;  Supports the budgeting process;  Ensures implementation of quality standards;  Provides ongoing monitoring of child’s rights protection in the Organisation;  Ensures implementation of all existing and future internal organisational policies;  Ensures implementation of a Quality Management System;  Ensures development of national policies, concepts and proposals;  Responsible for direct performance management of the staff;  Ensures that professional and developmental goals are set up;  Coordinates all research activities in the programme development area;  Cooperates with governmental and non-governmental organisations;  Monitors national activities and planned future developments in the social welfare sector.

 Ensuring implementation of organisation’ professional standards and principles.  Providing consultancy, controlling and expertise to the relevant staff with relevant link to Youth Care.  Being responsible for development of psycho-pedagogical concepts for all the SOS projects.  Ensuring support in implementation of quality standards of psycho-pedagogical work within all SOS projects.  Ensuring monitoring and controlling of quality standards of psycho-pedagogical work within all SOS projects.  Being able to develop new psycho-pedagogical programmes in the country.  Being responsible for Human Resources development of Youth Care co-workers and other PP staff

International education programmes on exchange of students and teachers.

- Teaching of International Law, Constitutional Law, International trade Law, Tax Law, and other disciplines; - Coordination of curricular practical training and work experience training on the Faculty of Law.
