17 reporters; 2 people are white color and 10 people blue color & 5 people outsourced. - Volume of job area:  2000 alive SKU’s; approx. 500 SKU’s are stocking products.  Global transportation traffic from plenty of countries in Europe and Asia.  People manage their development plans.  KPI management of Logistics, Procurement & Distribution team.  Department budget management.  2 warehouses one is located in European side of Istanbul and other is in located in Asia side - Managing import and export processes. - Leading warehouse management and making operation process better in Kaizen point of view. - The domestic delivery operation called micro distribution be aimed the time, labor and monetary costs are managed with a very delicate balance. - Setting the new rules and KPI’s to measure department performance and putting the development plan for getting progress of department performance. - Preparing department budget within correctly as much as possible in order to get rid of the issues for cash-flow. - Forecasting supply chain costs and updating future financial costs in collaboration with Finance department. - Working closely with other departments (commercial and/or financial groups).

8 reporters; 4 people is white color and 4 people blue color who work in PPP hospitals (Şehir Hastaneleri Projesi) - Volume of job area:  $6M inventory as stock level by considering consumable, service parts and instruments.  4000 alive SKU’s; 1500 SKU’s are stocking products.  11 different origin points (loading points) from EU and US.  35 customs declarations on a weekly basis.  People manage their development plans.  KPI management of Logistics & Distribution team.  Department budget forecasting is being created and followed updates on quarterly basis. - Leading logistics team based on stock planning; ordering; following import process. - Leading KPI’s, following targets and reporting to the necessary parties. - Manage planning consumable and service parts and shipments import processes in terms of sales strategies. - Planning set up based on sales forecast or historical data based on weekly and monthly. - Forecasting supply chain costs and updating future financial costs in collaboration with the Finance department. - Working on internal Kanban and defining stock level item by item. - Follow up open orders with origin offices / warehouses and to supply them to dispatch on time. - Working closely with other departments (commercial and/or financial groups) for new projects and/or product/product groups. - Managing phase in-phase out process. - Working on internal reports based on daily, weekly and monthly and share the information to necessary departments/parties. - Managing the process of products shelf life in inventory and reduce scrap costs. Following write off process for expired products from inventory on time considering our quality rules. - OTD (On Time Delivery) is an internal target which needs to be achieved to reach %95 for questioning items from our warehouse on a daily basis. - Chasing the products delayed till they’re supplied and shared the root cause of delay and ETA (Estimated Time Of Arrival) to all related parties.

- Order Management in the domestic market - Searching and performing the best alternative among various carriers/forwarders - Being responsible for the entire process from Supplier-to-End-user - Leading import process with customs-broker of AGCO - Leading internal delivery of WG to the dealers via forwarder - Being responsible for invoicing and reporting - Managing company's inventory regarding dealer orders.

- Leading Ocean Export Team, involves 3 staffs - Managing shipments according to customers’ requests - Supervising the team according to performance results on quarterly basis - Improving CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools and communications with customers - Pricing and preparing offers for Corporate/RFQ customers - Cost management and reporting in order to maximize the business profit - Controlling and preparing performance reports of the department, by profitability, operational efficiency and UPS quality policies.
