-Provide pre-sales and technical support for AC Power solutions, including UPS systems, power distribution units, and battery storage technologies. -Review RFQs and customer specifications to define suitable standard or custom-tailored solutions. -Configure non-standard solutions using Configure-One (C1) tool and assess feasibility, cost, and integration. -Act as technical liaison between sales teams and line of business, ensuring alignment on deliverables, product fit, and customer expectations. -Prepare technical documentation, schematics, and customer-facing presentations. -Deliver internal training for sales teams and technical support on product features and applications. -Support the development of bid proposals, tenders, and application engineering packages for both standard and special configurations. -Participate in site inspections and collaborate with project management to support post-sales execution and handover. -Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform product strategy and customer engagement. -Provide feedback to Product Management on product performance and contribute to new product development.

-Provide Technical Pre-Sales consultancy for a large portfolio of Digital Energy Products: Modular DATA Centres (Indoor-FM800/FM2000 or Outdoor-FM1000), UPS5000 and SmartLi-up to 1.6 MW, AHU (Air Handling Units- Modular Units, CRACs-NetCol5000/8000 (Air / Water cooling). -Create feasible solutions that solve customer problems with clear ROI. -Qualify the customer’s functional and tender requirements and submit RFIs in pre-bidding stage. -Provide product and solution demonstrations with pertinent use-cases. -Develop and improve sales collateral and process to reduce time to sale and increase win ration. -Track the industry trends and changes and keep up to date with technology and competitors. -Prepare TCO( Total Cost of Ownership) together with our subcontractors and Sales Manager -Work in close collaboration with R&D department to improve our products and adapt according with tender requirements. -Work closely with the customer, Cx Managers and General Contractor to create/submit/approve L1-L5 Commissioning documents according with ASHRAE standards and guidelines. -Prepare Demonstration platforms and/or “Proof of Concept” POC environments/ SAT (Site Acceptance Tests) and perform technical and functional demonstrations at customer meetings to decision makers and/or FM teams. -Perform Training to customer and FM teams after PC (Practical Completion).

-Planning and managing Extra Low Voltage (ELV) projects such as : Power Management Systems(PMS), Building Management System(BMS) ,Security Management Systems ( SMS- CCTV, Access Control Systems, Perimeter Intruder Detection System (PIDS) , Audio-Video System , Intruder Detection System (IDS) , Structure Cabling ) and Integrated Communication Network (ICN) & Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM). -Responsible for ensuring that projects are successfully monitored ,documented , reported ,integrated and implemented according with customer Tender Documents. -Act as a subject matter expert during the pre-bid process , in collaboration with sales , purchase and financial department ,responsible for the overall profitable execution of projects. -Manage and monitor the sub-contractors and establish & maintain communication with vendors. -Provide direction and technical support to project team and Manage/Coordinate day to day activities of the existing projects ;track and follow up the project progress and report project progress regularly. -Attend site meetings ad liaise with other for details of works and coordination of requirements amongst various parties. -Involved in testing and commissioning of the installed systems and ensure compliance and handover.
