- Work with clients and participate in the due diligence process of cross-border M&A transactions. - Define and prepare financial analysis for various M&A engagements covering a wide range of business, including buyside and cross-border M&A situations. - Conduct due diligence and assess target’s business plans, growth prospects and financial performance - Perform valuation analysis and apply diverse methodologies, including comparable company analysis and discounted cash flow analysis - Attend and actively participate in meetings with target's and client’s senior team members

Main responsibilities: - Team up with other auditors to present to customers of Audited Financial report with excellence in quality on a timely basis. - Self-challenge through multiple tasks delegated by higher levels and customers, which might include financial problems solving, finance analysis, or present to customers with adjusting entries in a short and perspicuous way. - Assist peer co-workers with their struggle or guide for staff through their difficulties. - Attend all courses required by the company as well as learning new skills through external courses.
