- Lead business development activities for renewables projects in Vietnam - Manage relationships with authorities/stakeholders - Head of the administrative management of EDFR Vietnam’s office

- Business Development in Vietnam, Myanmar, Malaysia and Singapore ; - Greenfield or brownfield energy related projects: conventional and RE projects ; - Partnership and cooperation with national players in energy sector ;

- Board member of Sloe power plant, Netherlands. - Board member of Sotel S.C., Luxembourg. - EDFs strategic positioning in the Benelux zone. - Identify business opportunities - Prepare acquisitions / divestments. - Risk management. - Budget & financial performance reviews of EDFs subsidiaries. - Governance and lobby activities.

- Origination for Renewable Energy business with market counterparties such as autoproducers, utilities, Green project developpers. - Manage customized and long-term transactions with regard to the Renewable Energy sourcing.

Take lead of the management of the SPE's Emissions Portfolio and development of the carbon business for compliance and business opportunities purpose, including trading activities. Participate in the management of green certificates portfolio.

Key Responsibilities: · Provide analysis and pricing structure for the purchase of the green electricity, including commercial contacts with green power producers and contract management. · Propose & manage structured deals for hedging gas and power supply/retail portfolios, including optimization strategy (i.e. delta hedging, clean spark-spread hedging). · Assessment of projects on the development of electricity production from solar panels, windturbine, biogas and biomass production plants. · Propose the business strategy for the SPE emissions portfolio, including management of the SPE carbon allowances portfolio with focus on the trading opportunities. · Manage analysis and research of business opportunities on the international Emission market, including investment on the development of CDM projects to import emission credits. · Create and implement process to realize structured deals on Carbon products (swap EUA-CER). Commercial management role with counterparties, contractual negotiations (ISDA, IETA). · Perform quarterly P&L report - Gross Margin analysis for the Trading & Supply BU.

Youth delegate, representing the French-Speaking Youth Council ( www.cjef.be ), member of Belgian Government delegation to the annual Conference of the United Nations for Climate Change in Poznan - Poland. Member of International Youth’s working groups on adaptation and on technology transfer policies (CDM projects). Currently Climate Change Advocate at Belgian French-Speaking Youth Council.

Key Responsibilities: · Set up and develop the newly created function of Portfolio Analyst · Perform analysis and propose LT strategy on the gas natural procurement, including valuation, optimization and hedging assessment of the energy portfolio. · Setting and ensure the policy of the transfer pricing for the retail market. · Provide market report to sales team, including SPOC role to key stakeholders. · Project Manager of the Database Management Project.

Key Responsibilities: · Price calculations for energy (gas & electricity) contracts in the new liberalised energy market. · Ensure analytical & financial assessment of commercial contracts. · Provide energy market insights report for the sales teams. · Support & collaboration with marketing and customer services.

Core subjects: Business & Innovation Management, Financial & Accounting Management, Marketing & Strategy Principles. Dissertation: "The consulting services for the Sustainable Development Strategy". Obtained with Distinction. Academic participation: Contribute to implement the seminar of Corporate Governance & Sustainable Development Policies
