Procurement of spare parts and raw materials for Diler Demir Celik and Yazıcı Demir Celik from feasible suppliers (domestic or overseas companies) Reporting directly to Import and Export Director/Member of Board Good knowledge of SAP ( MM )

*Purchasing of spare part and raw materials from domestic (local) & overseas sources *Coordinating, controlling and monitoring the transportation and customs procedures of goods with emphasis on ensuring the efficiency of the operations, minimizing the costs, meeting the time-schedule and further obligations under contracts *Working very closely with relevant departments such as Service, Commercial and Finance ensuring the efficient supply process by following up the orders until their arrival at final destination *Stock management

Answer incoming calls from business customers (Investors only and some Credit customers) Follow up reported problems/issues to ensure that these have been resolved with satisfaction Sales and Marketing through outbound calls to business and credit customers

Answer phones and respond to customer requests. Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system. Research billing issues and misapplied payments and inform to the related departments.
