• Management of international sourcing and purchasing budget. • Procurement of various types of raw materials anually incl. decorative papers, petrochemicals (Melamine, Methanol, Urea, Phenol, etc.) and fiber products (Abaca, pulp, viscose, etc.) after collecting demand from production and planning departments. • Global supplies of the machines and spare parts for 8 mills. • Negotiation with the suppliers focusing on the best price, payment-delivery term and optimum quality. • Managing and supervising import operation team until the customs clearance after order confirmation. • Co-operation with import operations upon the completion of import processes and logistics until the final destination.(warehouses, mills, etc.) • Research, quest for exhibition and potential suppliers for alternative raw materials and recipes to assist production.

• 2012 Cologne Artfair Project Management: Providing coordination between stuff members, promoters and technical supporters during installation and the dismantling of the equipments. • Coordination and technical support for several events including concerts, seminars and ceremonies. • Research and procurement of light, sound and stage systems.
