Responsability in scope: commercial entities in PL/SK/CZ  Providing high quality sales and gross profit controlling and financial analysis to business managers  Providing timely and insightful financial analysis to support business decisions, understanding business performance on a monthly/annual basis  Monthly closing tasks: booking accruals, cost allocations  Participating in yearly audit: accrual reconciliation, actual vs. budget explanations  Participating in strategic business planning and business processes by preparing financial budgets and rolling forecasts  Updating process documentation is on regular basis in line with process changes  Contributing to development and usage of business intelligence tools, data visualisation and predictive analysis techniques (SAP Analytics Cloud)

Financial control of WM SE's Eastern European (CZ/SK/RO) subsidiaries:  Preparation of monthly profit and loss reports of the subsidiaries (per sales area/branch)  Control of the accounting processes: accounting for the correct cost center / P&L account  Calculation of accruals, posting cost allocations  Participation in quarterly and year-end closing  Professional control of the budgets, consultation during the planning process  Participation in the implementation of controlling and reporting system in SAP-TEP: maintenance of master data, assigning costs accounts to cost groups, checking of content  Migration from SAP-TEP to SAP-WM3: checking master data, matching cost elements of the two systems, preparation and then checking migration of data in SAP CO  Preparing stock evaluation reports

 Support for the monthly closing of subsidiaries (HU/RO/CZ/UA)  Preparation and commenting of monthly budget/actual-deviation reports and forecasts  Calculations for the re-invoicing of intercompany services  Active participation in the preparation of t he budget: Compilation of planning tables, control and validation of the received budget sheets (in terms of operating profit, balance sheet and profit and loss account), participation in the preparation of the consolidated budget  Preparation of accounts receivable analysis and calculation of allowance on receivables

 Preparation, analysis and control of various reports and statistics  Continuous data control in the company's ERP system (Magic  Introduction of moving average price calculation into Magic: design and testing  Ordering and testing developments for the Sales Portal  Active participation in budget preparation

 Communication with the management of 6 subsidiaries of the company  Organizing country manager meetings, preparing presentations  Preparation of daily/monthly sales and margin reports  Administration of yearly budgets  HR tasks (selection, admission, different records)
