Roles and Responsibilities – Global Support The single point of contact for service reps for anything related to product. Involved in all quality issues, no matter if they are region specific or not . Support service rep development in terms of service best practices and troubleshooting skills. Support dealer training orientations in terms of content creation for new platforms. Maintain internal and external communications on product technical information using Community Blog, TST. Support PPQ process Identification of emerging issues, Assess impact on customer experience and raise the flag accordingly. Initiate predefine phase and support define phase. Support strategy definition and support deployment (communication, parts, training or extra technical info) Support development & introduction of new products, by supporting NPD process Support Shows & Events with technical support (Club technical presentation, main customer events)
