Regional Sales & Op. Director for the Hungarian, Romanian, and Bulgarian markets for the Chinese brands Omoda and Jaecoo. In addition to leading sales efforts, I was responsible for network development, homologation, and distribution.

I am responsible for developing and implementing the complete go-to-market strategy for two divisions, ISUZU and Ssangyong. I manage a sales and marketing team which covers Hungary, Romania, Czech Republic, and Slovakia, working in close partnership with the manufacturers. Specific responsibilities include retail network development, developing and rolling out regional wholesale and retail financing programmes, relations with Wallis’s banking partners, proposing and deploying the marketing budgets and defining, monitoring and delivering KPIs to create a growing and profitable business. I am particularly interested in using advanced digital marketing tools to drive the sales cycle and gain competitive advantage. Under my leadership WAE has achieved Ssangyong market share 2-3x European average in our markets.

Full responsibility for the ISUZU business division. Daily contact with ISUZU headquarters in Tokyo and the plant in Bangkok. Preparation and presentation of half-year reports for the European and overseas management in Germany and Japan. Managing dealer performance, preparing and executing sales strategy, handling marketing communication and media mix. Coordination of ATL and BTL channels (for example press conferences, media campaigns, event management), sponsorship deals negotiation and other brand image related activities. Working closely with major fleet end users and fleet management companies. Involvement in pricing development and sales and inventory planning. Responsibility for dealer network recruitment and development. Since I started the cooperation with Isuzu WAE has won the European distributor of the year award 6 times (2x gold prize, 2x silver, 2x bronze).

Managing a wide range of marketing and PR activities for SAAB in the CEE region (9 countries). Participating in marketing strategy development and working with the media agencies on execution, in cooperation with the Swedish HQ. Involvement in events and product launches.

Supporting the sales team under the Wallis Group graduate development programme and helping the sales director in administrative tasks.
