• Logistics services at Wuppermann Hungary Ltd. • Managing road, rail and water transportations end-to-end (Inbound & Outbound). Owns overall stakeholder management responsibility and act as communication driver towards suppliers and external logistics partners. • Acting as focal point towards numerous railroad companies: RCA, RCH, DB Schenker, IG-Rail, AWT, Lineas, LTE. Regular contact with SCM, MTD, ETD, IT departments. • General logistics duties, such as logistics process development supporting new customer products. • Coordinating daily tasks of shift workers. • Constant alignment with peer departments, production, engineering and quality management. • Project achievements: Factory hall „D” – design of packaging area, requirements specification of VPL3 packaging line along with layout re-design to meet increased storage capacity expectations. • Tuning railroad carriage loading procedures in order to support an optimized use of the different types of carriages vs. cargo types with key focus on weight thresholds, increased utilization and optimal loading practices. • Projects in progress: Automation of the 32 tons crane. Access control system upgrade for trucks.
