Over a 20-year career in Defence R&D, I've gone through multiple positions including: * Program Director of a 50M$/Yr product line. * Chief System's Engineer in a major R&D project (300+ M$), heading a multi-disciplinary team of hundreds of engineers. * Head of RAFAEL Reliablity Department. With over 20 employees, it is Israel's largest and most advanced center for reliability and safety analyses.
