Key Achievements & Responsibilities: Social Media Scaling & Content Strategy – Built an organic following of 26k+ on TikTok by analyzing trends and engagement metrics to produce viral short-form video content. Virtual Event Management & Architecture – Organized and hosted large-scale in-game events with consistently maxed-out server capacity. I designed and constructed dedicated architectural structures specifically for these events to enhance the participant experience. Digital Infrastructure & Submission Workflow – Designed and managed www.wildwest.fun, a dedicated web platform. I implemented a custom project submission system where users could send their own designs via digital forms to be reviewed and featured on the site. Multi-Platform Community Leadership – Established and moderated a Discord server for 2,500+ members, coordinating real-time communication, event announcements, and community safety. Founded "Sparrowski" at age 14 – an independent handcrafted jewelry brand born from a creative passion. The name is a play on my last name, "Wróblewska" (Polish for "Sparrow"). Running this venture was my first introduction to the business world. I managed the entire product lifecycle and maintained two domains: www.sparrowski.store and www.sparrowski.com. Key Achievements & Areas of Expertise: Web Design & UX- Independently designed and launched the brand’s website, focusing on intuitive user experience and a boutique aesthetic. Gained hands-on experience in digital layout and web architecture. Branding & Graphic Design- Built the brand identity from scratch, including logo design, product photography, and digital marketing assets to ensure a consistent visual language. E-commerce Operations- Managed the technical storefront, including inventory, payment gateways, and SEO optimization to drive organic traffic. Digital Marketing & Sales- Executed organic growth strategies and social media campaigns, successfully building and engaging a niche online community. Logistics & Supply Chain- Managed everything from sourcing raw materials to production and domestic shipping/fulfillment across Poland.
