I am actively involved in the end-to-end management of procurement, logistics, and operational processes within the manufacturing industry. My responsibilities include analyzing the needs and requests of all departments within the factory, identifying the most suitable supply sources, and managing procurement processes by ensuring the optimal balance between cost, quality, and delivery timelines, while maintaining sustainable supply operations. In order to ensure the uninterrupted progression of the supply chain, I take an active role in supplier relationship management, evaluation of quotation processes, purchase order planning, and delivery follow-ups. In addition, I contribute to operational efficiency improvement initiatives by supporting process optimization efforts focused on minimizing resource waste, reducing time losses, and enhancing workflow effectiveness. Furthermore, I am responsible for planning shipment and transportation operations to ensure that finished products are delivered to customers accurately and on time. I coordinate logistics operations, oversee shipment planning and vehicle organization, and manage operational follow-up processes to ensure seamless customer delivery experiences. Through effective coordination and process management, I contribute to maintaining customer satisfaction and operational continuity. With strong analytical thinking skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and effective process management capabilities, I successfully manage procurement and logistics operations while adding value through strengthening interdepartmental coordination, supporting business continuity, and improving overall operational efficiency.
