* Product Testing for Web and Windows applications on assigned Scrum Team * Represent SQA in Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, and Retrospective Meetings * Test Case Development, Execution, and management of Bugs (tracking and closure) * Contribute to the collaborative team environment and overall success of assigned Scrum Teams during the entire SDLC * Regularly creating test strategies and introducing processes in Agile to expedite and produce high quality results. * Communicating with other leads and managers for up to date information and providing input/feedback on how to enhance and optimize existing resources (Time, People and Tools). * Escalate Risk and Obstacles to testing through appropriate channels * Contribute to the deployment activities for emergency product patches and scheduled releases * Mentor newly hired QA Resources and conduct trainings on SNL products

* Testing windows and web applications in Medical and Rescue Domain * Perform, Sanity, Smoke, Regression, Database, GUI/Usability testing. * Analyze Customer defect slip through / escalations through Defect Prevention Action planning * Experience in testing ETL loads, stored procedures and databases * Use existing tools (e.g. Selenium, Jira) and techniques to execute test cases * Developing the testing requirements by reviewing software requirement specifications * Creating Test Plans and Test Cases to provide comprehensive Test Coverage * Provides task estimation during the project planning phase * Defect Reporting and maintaining bug tracking tool by logging bugs and changing their status

4-years Bachelors Degree in Computer Science with emphasis on Programming and Software Engineering
