Safety Officer is responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy working environment by identifying hazards, implementing safety policies, and monitoring compliance with regulations. The role involves conducting risk assessments, inspecting workplaces, investigating accidents, and providing safety training to employees. A Safety Officer also ensures proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), maintains safety records, and promotes a strong safety culture to prevent injuries and incidents at the workplace.

Daily HSE inspections of work areas. Making Risk Assessments and Method statements Conducting / Identifying Hazard to the workers. Closing Site Observations reports received from consultants. Weekly site walks around participation. Taking corrective actions for un -safe practices. Training for the workers in their local languages. Color code system implementation monthly / quarterly. Conduct Incident Reporting and Investigation. Perform hazard assessments associated with light, noise, and air quality. Provide input towards toolbox talks, JSA. Lead weekly safety meetings with Contractors & company Manager.
