I acted as the strategic link between local production and HQ management, ensuring "one version of the truth" in subsidiary negotiations. Post-Merger Integration & Finance Leadership: Following a 4-company acquisition, I led the financial integration project. From mapping tax, legal, and financial synergies to leading the finance team and reporting to the Steering Committee, I ensured a seamless transition into the global corporate structure.
