Facilitating sessions to lower year students, which encourages collaborative learning. My role offers help to students with skills such as revision and exam techniques or note-taking. I also take part in planning and preparation for weekly group sessions, as well as responding to different queries including any safeguarding matters.

Working with both the Eagle Human Resources consultancy team and the Human Resources department at HCR Law, I gained hands-on experience and deeper insights into the world of HR and consultancy. During my time at Eagle, I participated in a range of tasks, such as drafting disciplinary and grievance investigation reports and joining client calls on complex performance management issues—all of which required discretion and confidentiality. I gained exposure to grievance appeals progressing to tribunal, which enhanced my understanding of the legal considerations in HR, and I observed internal meetings on the implementation of iTrent, learning how HR tech solutions are used to improve efficiency. Other tasks I completed included exploring the critical importance of accurate contracts of employment, as well as researching and designing an informative leaflet on the upcoming employment law changes (2025/2026). I also drafted key documents—such as maternity return letters and probation letters—and supported the onboarding process by preparing starter packs. These experiences strengthened my understanding of employment law, internal HR operations, and client-facing consultancy work.
