My career spans leadership roles at Tata and, most recently, as a Starbucks partner, where I lead strategic sourcing for tea, including matcha, along with spices and specialty ingredients across multi origin global networks. At Starbucks, I own the matcha value chain, balancing agricultural realities, logistics complexity, quality and regulatory risk, and scalability at pace. I am known for strong ownership, commercial negotiation, and pragmatic cost and risk decision making, grounded in close collaboration with producers, suppliers, and cross functional teams. My leadership approach is rooted in responsible sourcing, cultural respect, and equity across global value chains, alongside a commitment to positive impact in my local community.
