As part of the Talent Acquisition team, I am responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle with a focus on non-IT roles across various domains. My key responsibilities include: •Handling end-to-end hiring for non-IT positions across functions and levels. •Managing high-volume PAN India field sales recruitment, ensuring timely closures and quality hires. •Partnering with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. •Conducting screening, interviews, and selection processes to identify the right talent fit. •Managing candidate documentation, offer rollout, and onboarding processes for a smooth transition into the organization. •Maintaining recruitment databases and ensuring compliance with internal hiring policies. •This role has enhanced my ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of coordination and candidate experience.

• I am responsible for internal hiring like US IT recruiters, US Healthcare recruiter, BDM for US industry. • Taking initial round of interview and report to the manager on the status of the interview and selection process. • Advertising job vacancies through various job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri and Indeed. • Involve in the onboarding process and maintaining the employee’s data.
