Led the end-to-end manufacturing execution with the Freesun team, collaborating closely with cross-functional parties including designers, buyers, and engineers across the U.S. (SVP Worldwide, Joann, Nottingham Spirk), India (Infosys), Singapore, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Shenzhen. Successfully drove the project from concept to mass production, demonstrating strong cross-regional coordination and full-cycle project management capability.

My second job started with international trade activities in Fire-wolf. I learned the professional skills required for the early, mid and late stages of sales, and quickly adapted to the dynamic city of Shenzhen.

My first role in manufacturing industry was in after-sales technical support for Wanscam's CCTV IP cameras. This experience taught me to approach problems from the perspective of both the customer and the salesperson. It shaped my ability to understand how customers view our products and our company. By shifting perspectives and working closely with clients, I learned how to enhance product quality and ensure smoother sales through collaborative efforts. I also partnered with the engineering team to empower our front-line sales force, helping them win customer trust and drive more orders.
