Responsible for plant Logistics, Supply Chain and Purchasing management. Role includes lead in Plant Supply Chain; Development and operations enrollment; Responsible for start-up of the plant’s Logistics and supporting areas; Introduction and enrollment of internal logistics and related production processes; New projects requirement development, enrollment and ramp-up, intercompany transfers . Customer Delivery control, implementation of direct supply to OEM’s : BMW, VW, PAG, Daimler ; ERP - Sales Planning, Production Planning and Control, Raw Material Planning ; Plant Material Flow & Capacity, short/mid and long term planning and control; Plant audits, logistics processes release and obtaining highest maturity level. Plant Warehousing, International Transport and Customs ; Productive as well as Indirect material supplier management - identification, negotiations, suppliers enrollment and enabling of the direct delivery. Incoming supply quality and supplier development.

Responsible for: Plant Production Planning and Control; Supply Chain Management; Raw Material Planning and RM Suppliers management; Plant Warehousing and Material Flow; Supplier & Production Kanban; Implementation of JIT production and direct supply to customer - Daimler and BMW OEM's; Customer Delivery planning and control; Responsible for start-up of plant Logistics Department, introduction and full enrollment of logistics and related production processes of greenfield project. Development and establishing group's Logistics standards and benchmark department, as well as enrolling and development of group's Logistics pull team. Lean manufacturing implementation in plant operations. Plant operations enrollment and support. Plant staffing and budgeting. Planning and rump-up management of new projects, including project transfers. Change Management process steering .
