In addition to the below position my responsibilities are extended with the following points: • Overseeing smooth operations for multiple markets • Supporting market SPOC throughout their entire work • Implementing Virtual Assessment Centre platform and introducing the system for our markets • Providing Data insight for stakeholders about the recruitment cycle • Locating process weaknesses and focusing on improvements • Actively contributing to improve current processes and systems, participating in migration for new countries and leading knowledge transfers Reporting and SuccessFactors SPOC • After the implementation of SuccessFactors I became the channel between the business and IT teams • Translating system improvement demands for the SuccessFactors development team • Connecting with Global Reporting team to follow up on improvements of the Global Dashboard • Coordinating unique recruitment report creation As Transition SPOC it is my responsibility to • Create training plan for the new team • Make sure there will be no quality and knowledge loss during the procedure • Have quality checks implemented for the new team

Recruiting Vodafone's future leaders by aligning the global process with market specifications, providing insights and working closely together with 10+ countries' local talent attraction teams. • Managing youth recruitment on multiple markets • Acting as first point of contact for candidates worldwide and trusted partner for our internal and external stakeholders • Responsible for the following steps in the recruitment process for Ireland: o Creating and posting positions o Managing candidate journey from application until offer o Ensuring candidate satisfaction o Using advanced evaluation tools and methods to assess candidates' potential o Organizing Assessment Centre o Offering successful candidates • Keeping in touch with stakeholders from different nations • Ensuring partner satisfaction during the course of the recruitment cycle • Creating various daily and weekly reports which indicate the number and status of applicants • Taking part in SuccessFactors implementation project • Supporting the integration of new joiners
