Pitched and secured a competitive Santander grant following a university based investment presentation. Manage all operations of business spanning finance, client relations & project delivery – gaining end-to-end P&L, cash flow management and strategic planning experience. Highlight Project - Launched ‘Reformer Pilates Plymouth’ Q4 2024 – built the online booking & payment platform, integrated dynamic pricing for class passes and contributed to brand and financial modelling. Results: 100% class booking rates within first 8 weeks post- launch, 4x employee headcount growth and expansion to a second location in April 2025. RPP Studios have continued to grow rapidly since launch, expanding to a third location in October 2025, significantly increasing both team size and monthly sales.

Gained my Class II licence in 2020; added Class I licence in 2023, expanding capability to drive the 44T articulated truck nationally, ensuring timely arrivals and adherence to safety regulations. Completed and maintain Driver Qualification Card (DQC).

During my work experience week, I actively contributed to the sell-side research process by modelling and rebalancing a biotech company's financial model, ensuring data integrity and preparing it for future forecasts. I conducted a detailed market screening of top 20 firms across the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, performing in-depth analysis of EPS and analyst consensus to identify key macroeconomic and microeconomic trends. My work involved compiling these findings and industry themes into a presentation deck for internal review and contributing to time-sensitive report preparation by sourcing and validating critical financial figures for a UK-based firm's earnings release.

This program provided a practical understanding of options. I covered key concepts such as market conventions, contract specifications and the factors that influence option prices - including asset price, strike price, time to expiration and volatility. I applied pricing models like the Black-Scholes to understand common trading and hedging strategies as well as looking at option sensitivities (the Greeks) to manage risk.

This program provided a comprehensive overview of global financial markets. The course covers key topics including the function of banking and financial markets, the role of financial intermediaries and the four core markets: debt, equity, money, and foreign exchange. I gained an understanding of financial instruments such as bonds, equities and derivatives; as well as essential concepts like time value of money, equity valuation and credit derivatives.

During this internship, I compiled and analysed KPIs such as MOIC and IRR to produce benchmarking reports across a range of funds and portfolio companies. While also, gaining exposure to leading firms in the alternative investment space and deepening my understanding of industry practices and performance evaluation and strategies, as well as acquiring many excel shortcuts along the way.

12 week veterinary work experience - shadowed all the routine operations as well as helping in the kennels to gain crucial animal handling experience. Separately, I worked with the on-call vet at Blackdown Equine clinic; assisting in vettings, X-rays, CT scans & dental appointments, gaining a greater understanding of customer client care.
