First job after Master’s Degree at HR consulting company. 2 key responsibilities: 1. Recruitment: Led the entire employee selection process, from understanding clients' needs to conducting competency-based interviews, reference checks, and presenting top talents to clients. 2. Training: Crafted customized training sessions (DiSC Training for Sales Success, Leadership Training).

During my university studies, I applied my HR knowledge by supporting the recruitment team. I created job descriptions, reviewed resumes, and screened candidates. I also scheduled interviews and managed reference checks. This job not only complemented my studies but sparked my passion for HR!
