I've spent over 20 years working at the intersection of technology and business operations across Israel, Switzerland and Angola. My focus: helping organizations leverage technology, AI, and eCommerce to solve real problems and grow. I'm currently the Information Systems Manager at Meshkey HaDarom, leading digital transformation in the agricultural sector. Whether implementing AI systems, optimizing eCommerce operations, or redesigning legacy processes, I start by understanding the full picture. Then I build solutions that work in the real world—not just on paper. My background spans both technical and operational sides: I've led development teams, managed global supply chains, served as COO of an international trading company, and built eCommerce operations from the ground up. This gives me a practical perspective on implementing technology in complex environments. A story that captures how I work: As COO at a global diamond trading company in Geneva, I encountered a process done manually for 20+ years: sorting rough diamonds. Everyone said it couldn't be automated—the expertise was too specialized. But I saw it differently. I developed a statistical algorithm that replicated and improved upon the expert's process. The result: 100% elimination of returns, significant cost reduction, and removal of dependency on a single expert. This captures my approach: I don't accept "that's how it's always been done." I look for opportunities to improve processes, even ones that seem untouchable. I've built and managed eCommerce operations from running my own stores to leading eCommerce for international companies. On the systems side, I've overseen IT infrastructure, digital transformation, and technology strategy. This dual expertise gives me a unique perspective on how technology and business connect. I hold an MBA from Tel Aviv University. What I value: I believe in finding the human element behind every technical challenge.
