After working in Quality System in automotive electronic industry for 3.5 years, I went to England to study master's degree in Project Management. I obtained master's degree with good scores and PRINCE2 certificate in PM. Then worked in project management in A's automation application, automotive control system NPI projects, and New Energy Industry R&D projects. Once my porject had to operate in a new branch where all resources need to be built from the beginning. I worked with only one tech there to bring design into reality.
