About

Backend & Workflow Engineer with experience building event-driven microservice platforms used to automate and operate complex business and data workflows. My current work focuses on designing Java-based microservices coordinated through Apache Pulsar/Kafka, and on modeling orchestration logic with BPMN 2.0 using Flowable. These workflows are used to execute, monitor and recover long-running processes in a reliable and observable way. I work a lot on resilience and operability: retry strategies, dead-letter topics, error isolation and compensation flows to make sure that a single failing execution never blocks the overall system. Part of my role is also to build dynamic execution services able to run Python scripts in controlled environments, allowing teams to extend workflow behavior without redeploying core services. I also work on object storage and metadata layers (MinIO / S3) to ensure traceability and auditability, and on internal Angular tools that make workflows and execution states visible for technical and business users. I value clean architecture, separation of concerns, automated testing (Cucumber) and continuous refactoring to keep systems maintainable over time.
