- Develop and execute marketing projects (company’s website redevelopment, restaurant openings, product launches, menu launches, etc) - Create Sales tools / marketing collaterals / POSM (tent cards, banners, backdrops...), arrange brand activities such as photoshooting, copywriting, translation and lead sourcing and production with external vendor - Liaise with external agencies on public relations, press release and tasting events - Plan, organize and execute social & digital campaigns (including website, instagram, facebook, SEM, SEO, Xiaohongshu, Da Zhong Dian Ping) - Collaborate with shop operation team to ensure consistent brand messaging, product positioning, and visual merchandising in-store

- Plan and execute marketing activities and events, including being the Chief Editor of an e-book, project owner of tasting/ giveaway campaigns. - Liaise and engage merchants in joint promotions and marketing campaigns - Develop, implement and set up digital contents on various channels (website, app, edm, social media), including content creation, scheduling and analytics - Manage influencer relationship with company to secure high-quality coverages, optimize campaign effectiveness and maximize brand exposure - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design team, product marketing team, IT team and editorial team to drive business growth

• Support the implementation of HR system • Process paperwork, like preparing contract • Manage the hiring process
