I have constantly analyzed the technological processes, layout of equipment, production flows of furniture manufacturing companies and makes proposals for their development. Introduction of new products already developed by IKEA that do not require technological development into mass production control.

I was responsible for sales of adhesives and packaging materials to companies working with Ikea and beyond. I have successfully implemented a new range of adhesives for such companies as Klaipėdos baldai, Sakuona, Klaipedos mediena, Visagino linja, etc.

I was looking for ways to save production costs, increase production capacity, and look for new technological opportunities. I have calculated and drew up the new layout of the packaging production, which was fully implemented to Klaipėda mediena factory.

Starting from 2001 to 2018, I worked in the furniture industry companies of the SBA concern. Over the years, I had to add experience from various positions. I started working as a technologist , few years later I worked as a manager of product developers, a production department and a purchasing manager. During those years I gained unique experience and matured as a specialist.
