Responsible for ensuring site energy availability, supporting continuous energy delivery and grid reliability. Manage a team of technicians and direct full maintenance operations across BMS, HVAC, auxiliary systems, and BYD Cube Pro (T28) battery enclosures. Oversee diagnostics, repairs, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance while coordinating with engineering teams, contractors, and vendors. Support commissioning activities and provide up-to-date project schedules, coordinating with EPC and client teams to ensure smooth and efficient commissioning progress. Implement maintenance strategies and reporting systems to enhance efficiency, compliance, and long-term system reliability.

Managed 10+ full-cycle store developments: site selection, lease negotiation, budgeting, construction, permitting, and launch.
