I distilled complex North American standardized property transactions process into a simple, user-centred interactive design. The RIFO Agent platform assists real estate agents in serving their clients and completing transactions on mobile devices efficiently. Responsibilities: • Worked with the local and outsourcing teams to design mobile and web applications, active in hands-on UX design, diving into all design, dev, and testing processes. We designed and developed websites and CRM systems for local small businesses. Zile worked for ZTE Corporation for a decade, leading the team to design the telecom OSS/BSS system from sketch to a mature product. Create streamlined scenarios, storyboards, wireframes, flows and interactive prototypes. Contribute user-centred design to the product. Zsmart was deployed to many countries' telecom carriers in the past 20 years.
