Strategic Factory Relocation: Shenzhen to Vietnam - End-to-End Project Management: Spearheaded the relocation of KB FATP lines to Phu Tho, Vietnam, optimizing labor costs and modeling BYD VN line bring up while maintaining zero downtime via idle-line utilization. - Cost Modeling: Developed comprehensive ROI and CAPEX models, successfully persuading factory leadership to absorb relocation costs by demonstrating long-term margin gains. - Commercial Negotiation: Defended MVA against client cost down pressure by simulating increased cost in logistics, site construction, and capital tying costs, securing a "no-price-reduction" agreement. - Logistics Optimization: Designed a hybrid logistics framework (Air/Sea) for Shanghai downstream factories to balance DAP lead-time requirements with cost efficiency. 2. Inventory Management & Packaging Innovation - Systemic Inventory Analysis: 5,000+ SKU inventory easily causes MPS variances and excess. - Single-pack Launch: Led the transition from full-carton to single-pack; managed the full lifecycle from design and bidding to material control and UPH optimization. - BOM & MVA Restructuring: Negotiated a new commercial framework where the client absorbed development and material costs, protecting the factory’s MVA and SOW terms. 3. Global Supply Chain & Logistics Transition - Coordinating the interests of multiple stakeholders, including Apple, BYD, and Flex CZ, the overseas freight forwarder switch was successfully completed. - Be responsible for the entire process from contract review and negotiate (NDA/SOW/consignment agreement), inventory handover to the reorganization of the settlement process, ensuring that the complex offshore transaction model was not affected and guaranteeing the efficient operation of the European logistics hub and the laser engraving factory.
