1. Responsible for 3D NAND product engineering array characterization to understand flash cell behavior and co-work with Technology Development team for continuous process improvement. 2. Develop characterization test spec, test methodology and test program for data collection on bench testers and ATE. 3. Work with DE, WS and FV for new product function validation and verification. 4. Responsible for data analysis, issue debugging, testing improvement and trimming optimization for better RWB. 5. Work closely with design/process development team to ensure NAND trimmings for cell/device characterization, process evaluation and trimming optimization to meet performance and reliability specs. 6. Project leader of array char team for test chip prior to new product. Work with design and technology development team for cell characterization, process evaluation and RWB optimization for block function enabling and pre-study for new product. 7. Work with internal mNAND team for mNAND product issue debugging and special data analysis request.

● In charge of 96L 3D NAND Flash Alpha part type CMOS device and FEOL. Datamining to troubleshoot and work with R&D or Process Engineers to solve CMOS device issue, improve product yield and device performance (eg. new device Vt variation). ● Monitor ESPEC (WAT params) for Fab10N and Fab10W and troubleshoot when ESPEC mismatch happens and work with Process Engineers to provide solution to ensure ESPEC matching across Fabs. Successfully ensure ESPEC MS/SR passing rate>90% before passdown to HVM team. ● Monitor ESPEC Cpk for CMOS/FEOL/BEOL and troubleshoot to ensure Cpk meet the criteria, find out root cause when ESPEC drift and work with process engineers to provide solution. Successfully ensure all CSPL (Customer Special Param List) Cpk>1.69 before passdown to HVM team. ● Lot owner for device corner split and other experiments.

2013.9-2014.6 Sports Department of School of Information Science and Engineering Director Took charge of the Xiamen International Marathon registration process for more than 300 students of school of information, including payment, material issue etc. Organized the first 3VS3 Basketball Match for school of information, with 20 teams and 100 students joining in. Managed the registration process of over 20 sports events for school of information, including badminton, basketball, swimming etc. Planned the Fun Sports Meeting for school of information, with 8 events and nearly 200 students taking part in, lasting 2 days. 2014.7-2016.5 College Students Innovation Practice Group Leader Researched on ‘ Metamerism Optically Variable Anti-counterfeiting Film ‘, studied the principle of optical anti-counterfeiting film and its development, helped design with TFCal and manufacture an optically variable film and got national outstanding project title.
