(fondation,dalles,poteaux,voiles,poutres….) pour des chantiers en Allemagne. -Trouver une solution pour fournir des plans de renforcement, pour exécuter des projets complexes dans les délais prévus. ✅ Client : Société Nationale Immobilière de Tunis (SNIT) ✅Project: 61-apartment residential complex (Basement+GF+7) ($15 M). ✅Duties & Responsibilities : -Formulate a well-defined project plan to streamline all the resources and activities for achieving high productivity. – Conduct on site investigations and analyze data ( reports, tests, drawings and other). – Analyze the type of raw materials, labor, and miscellaneous costs to ensure the smooth implementation of an engineering project. – Organizing materials and required construction equipment by dealing with suitable vendors and companies. – Focus on safety standards and regulations during each stage of project development.

✅ Client : Ministry of Health, immobilière du Maghreb (IMM) ✅ Projects : – Extension and renovation of the neurology department at Razi Hospital ($3 M). – Construction of the commercial building 'Cameroun Center' (Basement+GF+6) ($20 M) - Headquarters for the real estate company IMM (Basement+GF+4) ($14 M). - Residential building consisting of 150 apartments (GF+2) plus 17 shops ($30M). ✅ Tâches : I)Planification et gestion de projet  : élaborer des plans détaillés, établir des échéances, allouer les ressources nécessaires et superviser leur mise en œuvre.
