• Worked on developing a business plan for 1 million square meters land reclamation in Tripoli, Lebanon. • Managed and coordinated the process of submitting proposal to Lebanese government among 5 stakeholders. • Performed in-depth market and feasibility studies for multiple industries mainly e-commerce and real estate. • Reviewed and analysed legal documents and other materials as part of on-going property oversight. • Prepared presentations and interacted with clients and prospective investors.

• Developed and communicated to H.E. PM. Najib Mikati reviews on 2012 budget and government’s economic agenda. • Initiated and led team of 14 members to campaign for consumer protection enforcement rule of law and higher consumers’ rights fortification. • Monitored and evaluated performance of the constitutional ministries of economy & finance.

• Outlined, drafted and prepared Lebanese cement market assessment. • Collected and researched Lebanese cement market data and indicators. • Examined cement industry trends and analyzed its prospects and growth risks locally and regionally.

• Conducted analysis and draft papers on the political economy of the MENA. • Prepared press reviews, researched and read articles related to the research topics. • Contributed in the general research project and event coordination.

• Developed activities to respond to the current Lebanese socio-political situation and OTI Lebanon’s established program goals. • Monitored and evaluated grant applications, proposals, and grant agreement/award documents to ensure consistency with program goals and objectives. • Assisted grantees and potential grantees, during the grants preparation stage and in the implementation phase.
