Al-Taif Road Scope of Work of the project It spans a total length of 15.4 kilometers, starting from its intersection with Jeddah Road and extending to the western end of Taif Road. The project scope includes the development of a two-way 15.4 km road, the construction of three main bridges, and a directional bridge.

Project: Zafrania Project (construction of 20km of roads with infrastructure works/stormwater line and construction of 3 bridges, one of them crossing a river with a width of 350m with launching girder methodology) Location: Baghdad, Iraq Supervise all phases of the roads, bridge and tunnel, ensuring adherence to design standards, project timelines, quality requirements, and safety regulations. Review and approve design revisions, verify construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals, and coordinate closely with contractors and project designers. Manage multidisciplinary coordination, ensuring smooth integration of civil, structural, MEP, architectural, and system components within large-scale infrastructure projects.

High speed rail project.. Follow Package 1 progress for alignment, station, or service point works report to the site lead, and help drive P1 to completion. Build a good and effective communication network with all involved parties in Package 1 activities for alignment & station works (NAT, GARB, Consultant, contractors if possible). Verify and ensure that all site work parties use the latest available drawings. Prepare weekly P1 progress reports supported with photos showing work progress for each site section element (Alignment, Station, Service Point, Main Depot, etc.). Coordinate with Package 1 teams to assess & update the estimated site access dates. Coordinate with the technical LOTs, CJV & other P2 contractors to start their activities after site access. Follow up on the P2 work progress for the site activities (construction works, track works, rail infrastructure, DWE & AFC installation works, etc.). Collaborate proactively with the other HSR Site Engineers and project team colleagues as well as all the involved internal & external partners.

Project: High-Speed Rail (Green Line, Egypt) Oversaw Package 1 (P1) construction, ensuring smooth progress for alignment, stations, and service points while keeping the project on schedule. Established and maintained effective communication channels with key stakeholders, including NAT, GARB, consultants, and contractors, to enhance coordination, resolve site challenges, and streamline construction workflows. Developed and submitted detailed weekly progress reports, incorporating site photos and performance insights to track the status of alignment, stations, service points, and the main depot. Coordinated site access schedules with Package 1 teams and supervised Package 2 activities, including track works, rail infrastructure installations, and system integrations like DWE and AFC systems, ensuring timely and seamless implementation of subsequent construction phases.

Project: Managed construction activities for the Cairo Monorail project, overseeing a 55 km monorail route extending from Nasr City to the New Capital, including long-span bridges and 22 central stations. Supervised contractor activities to ensure strict adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and project standards while enforcing compliance with Environmental, Safety & Health (ES&H) regulations, quality benchmarks, and national safety codes. Led the coordination of Civil, Structural, MEP, Architectural, and Systems engineering disciplines, ensuring seamless integration and resolving technical and logistical challenges to maintain project efficiency and progress.

Project: Managed and supervised the execution of all infrastructure, road activities, and station construction for Phase 3 of the Riyadh Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project.
