- Purchase the right parts and quantities with the required quality. - Follow up on the rejected part and ensure the punctual return of the parts. - Re-schedule in and out for all the ordered. - Checking availability and confirming of orders with the vendors in respect to price, quality and delivery dates.

- Negotiate with the suppliers. - Arrange transport of goods and track orders to ensure timely delivery. - Process requisitions and update management on the status of orders. - Orders, reschedules and cancels material based on requisitions and MRP output. - Follow up and arrange the sample shipment from the supplier to begin the localization process.
