1) US: In charge of M&A projects in US. coordinate investment bank, lawyer, CPA firm to search for strategic targets and conduct Merge and acquisition. 2) China: Strategic planning especially focusing on Capital market and IPO; Equity and Debt financing with PE firms and Banks ; Set up budgeting, cash flow analysis and the internal control system.

Working in the Consumer and Industrial Products Group (CIPs). Lead teams to perform quarterly review, annual audit, transaction services (carve-out audit, IPO etc.) for Fortune 500 Clients in various industries. Solid knowledge of US GAAP/GAAS, IFRS and PRC GAAP. Responsible for audit planning and risk assessment, designing audit approach and procedures, tackling complex accounting areas, delegating tasks to and coaching less experienced staff and review their work, monitoring engagement process and economics, and reviewing account disclosure.
