Intern at the Renewable Integration and Secure Electrictiy Division (RISE), my work includes: - Provided comprehensive policy context and drafted section 1 of the IEA report Building a Unified National Power Market System in China: Pathways for spot power markets. - Participated in projects regarding roles of regulators in cross-border interconnection and regarding importance of grid.

Intern at the China Desk, Asia Pacific Partnership Division, my work includes: - Coordinating internal research needs on China through building communication and cooperation with Chinese stakeholders, as well as synthesizing data from open sources (Participated in organising 7 webinars with different stakeholders in China and Europe) - Providing monthly observation and analysis digest on China's energy policy and market. (6 monthly digests and 7 internal updates) - Initiating and writing internal reports focusing on China's energy topics, including 2 reports on battery swapping market and China's energy FDI respectively. - In charge of policy analysis and internal communication - Provided weekly internal insights of markete and policy updates on offshore wind and hydrogen - Led the organization of the company's first ever open technology webniar, with 50+ experts across the offshore wind industry participating

- In charge of external communication and media relation - Organized regular global PR coordination meeting with Europe and US offices - Provided weekly monitoring and analysis report on brand exposure in global media, based on massive data of automatic capturing - Independently coordinated the sponsorship to a cross-city rally (Shanghai-Shaoxing) with over 1,000 participants

- Responsible for customer reception, test drive experience, and loan policy explanation - Sold 3 luxury EVs (in total RMB 1 million +), assisted in the sales of 10 cars by other colleagues ( in total RMB 4 million +), collected 300+ effective sales leads. - Participated in the organization of 2 major local roadshows, receiving 1,000+ potential customers.
