 Build integrated large molecule bioanalysis platform from ground-zero for DMPK Department of WuXi AppTec, for new modalities and challenging projects such as PDC, mAb, ADC, oligonucleotide, mRNA, large and small molecule biomarkers, targeted metabolomics, etc.  Lead team to support new modality DMPK projects, from client interaction, experimental design, bioanalysis, report-writing, IND filing to regulatory agency audit, including ADC, mAb, oligonucleotide, mRNA, etc.  Lead Shanghai in vivo screening bioanalysis team to analyze small and large molecules, both routine and challenging, with high quality and within TAT.  Lead lab automation to shorten TAT and reduce human-error.  Conduct TAT optimization, cost optimization, and personnel management.

Advisor: Prof. Fred Regnier from Purdue University • Develop analyte sequestering transport particle (ASTP) and corresponding affinity chromatography methods for target protein enrichment from complex medium.
