•Technical instruct and train overseas project implementation team for WTG mechanical and electrical installation. •Collect relevant technical information and organize to complete wind turbine commissioning and grid connection task. •Coordinate technical team members, organize and implement the wind farm grid compliance test according to local grid standard. •First level remote response trouble-shooting for wind turbine equipment malfunction and problems in overseas project, as well as product issues management and tracking.

•Implement wind projects delivery according to company's project management requirements to ensure the project meets the contract profit target. •Organize and coordinate related departments of the company to set up project teams, and use the effective resource allocation method to make sure the completion of projects under specified time, cost, safety, quality and technology requirements. •Analyse, collect and identify all project requirements and deliverables, initiate and develop a complete project delivery plan; •Implement the related management regulations from the company and department, and guarantee the rationality, effectiveness and compliance of the project work •Maintain the relationship with employers, understand customer requirements, and improve Customer satisfaction; In charge of project TSA and EPC contract receivable. •Coordinate internal resources to resolve project conflicts and ensure project delivery.

•In charge of wind turbine equipment O&M management in Anhui regional (City of Chaohu, Xuancheng, Wuwei, Fengyang and Quanjiao) •Responsible for CGN and CHD Anhui region customers service. Collect customer’s requests on wind turbine products, and continually improve customer satisfaction •Trouble shooting within wind turbine equipment subsystems such as converter、pitch、main control, yawing etc; Plan and arrange equipment periodic maintenance and technical modifications; Make sure wind turbine equipment reliability and reach high quality KPI. •Periodically evaluate wind turbine operation performance via analysis of operating data with reports output; constantly identify, organise and feedback product issues; assist product development by proposing improvement solutions •Develop each project annual financial target and plan, ensure each project reach financial KPI; •Manage wind turbine equipment big components (gearbox, blade) replacements

•In charge of Jiangsu Binhai wind park wind turbine equipment operation&maintenance management •Independently diagnose equipment malfunctions with relevant tools and software applications •Daily work arrangement for equipment maintenance, repair and EN; standard management for EHS, tools and materials •Responsible for Jiangsu SPIC wind site customer communication and requests collection
