Conducted extensive research to examine SDI's overall progress in entering the multi-site facilities maintenance space, and examined its current supply chain practices, maturity level, and potential barriers hindering the adoption of best practices. Identified large organizations with annual spending of $100M+ on maintenance, repair supplies, and parts without process, people, or technology in place, proposed a detailed operational strategic plan for SDI to leverage these best practices and drive decision-making efficiency

Analyzed data collected to assist policy making on income micro-distribution with Excel and Tableau. Assisted in the graphical design elements of the report, and visualized data with various charts to increase the comprehensibility of the report by people not proficient with statistics.
