Clinical System Asia covers China, Korea, India, Australia & South East Asia. Key responsibilities: Provide financial planning and analysis to leadership team to drive business growth and improve profitability ·Partner with Asia CEO/CFO & management team to develop strategic plan ( 3-Years Plan, 1 Year Plan), drive business growth and profitability. ·Ownership of developing quarterly, monthly review package with global CEO ·Provide business analysis (revenue, pricing, margin, cost, receivable and inventory) and metrics to drive profitable growth while advising on the risks and opportunities. ·Simplify IT Strategy and implement ERP system for visibility and controllership.

Devices was a business division of GE Healthcare. Asia revenue was +200 million USD in 2005, with double digits growth year over year. Devices Asia covers China, Japan, Korea, India, Australia & South East Asia. Key responsibilities: CFO of Devices Asia provides financial leadership and partner with the Asia leadership team to drive controllership, revenue growth and increased profitability. ·Directly report to Global Clinical System CFO and Asia CEO. Manage, coach and develop a team of 25 finance people. ·Partner with Asia CEO & management team to develop strategic plan ( 3-Years Plan, 1 Year Plan), drive business growth and profitability. ·Ownership of developing quarterly, monthly review package with global CEO ·Provide business analysis (revenue, pricing, margin, cost, receivable and inventory) and metrics to drive profitable growth while advising on the risks and opportunities. ·Simplify IT Strategy and implement ERP system for visibility and controllership.

Ultrasound was a business division of GE Healthcare. Value ultrasound Asia had 3 factories in India, China and Korea, producing Mid and Low end ultrasound equipment for global supply. Annual Revenue was about 300mm in 2005. Provide financial leadership to support production, supply chain and R&D activities. ·Partner with Asia GM & staff to develop long-term product strategy, implement lean production process to achieve 10% - 15% product cost reduction. ·Ownership of developing quarterly, monthly review package with global CEO ·Directly report to Global Ultrasound CFO and Asia GM. Manage, coach and develop a team of 10 finance people.
