During my dynamic 6-month internship, where I gained valuable hands-on experience in the realm of software engineering, particularly in the electronic manufacturing sector, working on surface mount technology program involving Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) and Solder Paste Inspection (SPI). During my internship, I delved into the intricacies of manufacturing programs, focusing primarily on the front-end aspects. My responsibilities included overseeing surface mount technology AOI and SPI processes, where I honed my skills in optimizing manufacturing efficiency and quality assurance. Additionally, I took charge of database management, showcasing my proficiency as a full-stack developer. My programming expertise revolves around Visual Basic and C#, with extensive experience in utilizing the .NET framework. I thrive in environments that leverage cutting-edge technologies to drive innovation and streamline processes. IPQC Change Schedule FAI System - Implemented X-Ray checking logic on needed models - Added plant filter and new columns to UI data grid view for users' better view of the ongoing lot information - Implemented a bypass function exclusively available to authorized users in the event of unforeseen circumstances - Introduced a novel first board confirmation report form, enabling users to seamlessly input corresponding data into the database, eliminating previous manual entry process via Excel 2. SPI and AOI Program Preparation - To initiate notifications to teams in case no program is detected for the upcoming schedule on either the AOI or SPI machine, sourced from the database server or the local PC - To automatically notify teams when a new model or stencil is identified in the database, this triggering mechanism ensures that the vision technician can proactively prepare the necessary program in advance - To deliver either a successful or failed JSON result via a web service, which verifies the program's availability in the database using its IP address 3. QA Alert Dashboard - Introduced enhanced logic to the data grid view, ensuring that data is only populated if its severity level is categorized as a warning - Incorporated a new working shift combobox feature for users to gather more precise data corresponding to their working shifts. This facilitates the assessment of occurrences during morning and night shifts, improving data accuracy - Added a remark combobox feature for users to add comments when acknowledging alert messages. This addition addresses the variability in user comments, despite conveying similar meanings, thereby facilitating the data gathering process - Resolved issues related to the filter functionality, including the scrolling and filtering capabilities 4.
