Conducted on-site due diligence to collect customer demand for commercial complexes, conducted feasibility studies on market entry and business potential. Independently completed 2 mid-term deepening reports to provide market insights for the company. Optimized the desk research process of RDAS database and participated in writing 6 reports on TOD project investment proposals, which increased the project bidding success rate for the client by 23% and won the recommendation letter from the senior manager of the department.
